Hercules Moving was exceptional in making our move very smooth. They wrapped and secured all of our property to ensure a damage-free move. Collapsible bins were delivered ahead of time for us to pre-pack small items. We would use them again. Job well done!
This is the third time I have used Hercules Moving. They are the best! Gerard takes care of you like family. I love that you don’t have to unload your furniture drawers — everything is wrapped tight in plastic, then moving pads. Nothing was scratched or broken. They placed all the furniture where I asked in the new apartment and even set up my beds! Being a widow now, I truly appreciated Gerard’s extra care and asking repeatedly if there was anything else he could do for me. Highly, highly recommended.
Gerard and crew did an amazing job with our move! They made it as worry-free as possible and they were careful with our belongings (not a single item damaged!). Our move ended up taking a little longer than expected, but they remained professional and detail-oriented throughout, and never lost their positive and cheerful demeanors. The final cost was a pleasant surprise, too — below estimate, very fair and reasonable, and no last-minute gimmicks or tricks. They even came back 2 weeks later to take all of our empty boxes and wrapping material! By far the BEST moving experience I’ve ever had! We will only be using Hercules Moving for our moving needs from now on! Highly recommend!
